Report from the Investment Committee

The Investment Committee is appointed by the Board of Directors. The Investment Committee consists of directors with knowledge, skills, and experience in investing in various business groups to jointly consider investment businesses that will create benefits and growth for the Company's core business, including considering investments in businesses with potential that are likely to generate direct returns for the business. In 2024, the Investment Committee consists of 4 members as follows:

 In 2024, the Company organized a total of 4 Investment Committee meetings. The meetings will have the following topics and case studies:

1. Investment reports, operations, investment opportunities, management, and evaluation of results from various projects, taking into account returns and related risk factors.

2. Considering the structure, strategies, goals, operating guidelines, and investment policies of affiliated companies to improve management for appropriateness. And flexibility

3. Investment and increase of registered capital of affiliated companies with business plan including consideration of investment delay

4. Committed to complying with the charter of the board of directors that will enable the organization to operate effectively

5. Report the performance of the investment committee to the board of directors

In the company's operations, there is a more flexible and clear management approach after the internal restructuring is complete, enabling the main group of companies and affiliated companies to create benefits that are consistent with each other's business. Therefore, the investment committee is confident to jointly drive the organization to expand investment in potential businesses and participate in promoting the company's strength to create stability, increase income and profits, which will allow shareholders to receive better benefits in the future.
