TVD Holdings Public Company Limited (the "Company" or "TVDH") was incorporated on 21 April 1999.  Under the brand "TV Direct" in 3 main channels: TV shopping, E-Commerce and Call center, the Company offers many innovative products from all over the world, such as fitness equipment, electrical appliances, and other products. Kitchenware, home appliances, health products, fashion products, etc.

Company History

The Company, formerly known as "TV Direct Public Company Limited", was registered as a public company limited on May 4, 2011. Listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand on August 23, 2012, the initial registered capital was 1.2 Baht Million, divided into 12,000 ordinary shares 100 Baht per share. Later, it was registered and changed its name to TVD Holdings Public Company Limited on July 18, 2022

The Company has continuously increased its capital. Currently, the registered capital is 1,543 Baht Million. Paid-up 876 Baht Million, divided into 1,752 Million ordinary shares, 1,752 Million shares paid-up, par value 0.50 Baht per share

Present TVD Holdings Public Company Limited is engaged in the investment business by holding shares in other companies (Holding Company) to increase the Company's strength potential by investing in businesses that have the opportunity to grow and have a continuous revenue structure.
